Inaugural Session- Role of MSME Financing in achieving the goal of Viksit Bharat @2047
India’s goal of Viksit Bharat 2047 would not be possible without fulfilling the credit needs of the MSMEs. MSMEs are critical for the growth of any nation. India has over 63 million or 6.3 crore MSMEs which contribute significantly to the country’s economy, employment, exports and the gross domestic product (GDP). More than 11 crore people are employed in the MSME sector in India, accounting for approximately 30% of GDP and nearly 45% of exports. The role of all lenders is very important for the growth of MSME in India fulfilling all their expectations.
